#BackWoodzTV🖥 This Is LEADERSHIP POSITIVE POST: Welcome to Freedom, GA otherwise known as Toomsboro,GA. I recall seeing a Facebook post a few months ago about this town being for sale. While some of us joked about it and some of us actually had discussions on all getting together and pitching in to buy it some one did. 19 Black Families collectively purchased over 90 acres of land in Georgia. Enough land for schools, businesses, hospitals and a community all of our own. Now if that ain’t inspiring ion know what is….✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾 GROUP ECONOMICS #OnlyNGeorgia #ThaSouthhhhhh #RealPower Zagga

Today’s #WCW’s are Ashley Scott (@ashleyscottkw) and Renee Walters (@front_page_nay), founders of The Freedom Georgia Initiative (@freedomga2020). Nineteen families from around the country combined their resources to buy nearly 100 acres of land in Wilkinson County, Georgia. Ashley describes Freedom, GA as a safe haven, where you can be authentically black, unapologetically black and not be judged. I’m proud of these sistahs for creating this initiative, and I look forward to visiting and buying some land there one day! 💛#BlackGirlMagic #HistoryInTheMaking #ProtectThemAtAllCosts #WeCreateOurOwnReality #ReparationsAreStillOwedToADOS #FreedomGeorgia #LinkInBio 🎥@nowthisnews
